Return Policy 

We accept returns for store credit only minus a 25% restocking fee back to us. The item must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition. To receive a return label please email support@ginghambutterflies.com

If you are looking to return an item you must email us within 3 days of receiving your item to be eligible. Seasonal items are FINAL SALE. 

Damages / exchanges

If a product arrives damaged for some reason please send an image to support@ginghambutterflies.com for further assistance! We would be so happy to help. 

If an item does not fit to your liking and you would like to exchange we will exchange the item as long as tags are still attached and we have the new size available. Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with exchanges, please email support@ginghambutterflies.com for an exchange address. If you have any size questions before purchasing please email support@ginghambutterflies.com

We do not accept the return of any party items/books. These items are FINAL SALE. 

 

If your packages lost, damaged or stolen we are not responsible. We advise that you file a claim with your mailing service.
